We had an unfortunate experience of needing bio-hazard clean up after our son took his own life. We spoke to our insurance company, but it appeared they did not have a “recommended vendor” for this type of service. We did some research and contacted CrimeTech Services. From the beginning, Steve was caring and more concerned with our feelings and safety than “getting the job.” Steve and his staff were professional and competent. They were very aware of what we had and were going through; were respectful of our time and space; and frankly, made the post-incident physical challenges with the basement their problem and not ours.
